“DSW has one of the best selections of men's shoes in the area. If you find something you like but they don't have your size you can order the shoe online and have it shipped to your home free if you're one of their VIP members. If there's a problem with the shoe when you receive it you can return it to their store for an exchange or refund.”

I had such a great experience at Journeys thanks to Brianna! I had ordered a pair of shoes online that ended up running too big. Brianna was so helpful! She took the time to find me the right size and even went above and beyond by arranging for the correct pair to be shipped directly to my house since the store didn’t carry the color I wanted.
She was patient, friendly, and made the whole process super easy for me. It’s not often you come across someone who genuinely cares about making sure customers are happy, but Brianna really did. Journeys is lucky to have her on their team! I’ll definitely be coming back because of the excellent service she provided.”
