“This guy is absolutely amazing, he has helped me over the phone multiple times with repairing my PC when I just need a second opinion, or very crucial advice to what I’m trying to fix. He’s always there toand any time I’m stuck on a repair and i can’t fix it myself, He has always taken care of it extremely fast and professionally. I’ve called him multiple times just for help on my own repairs, and refused to take money that I offered for his time he’s an extremely nice guy and extremely helpful.”
“So I casually walked into the store yesterday to just walk around and explore some products. I ran into Jimmy and as a salesperson myself I can vouch for him being one of the best salespeople and store associates I have met. “This was my first time using Rent-A-Center because I had relatives who were coming for the holidays and my ordered furniture wasn't going to arrive in time. I came to the Bloomfield Rent-A-Center and it exceeded my expectations. Not only are their prices reasonable but the service was exceptional. Courtney was courteous and accommodating. He saw to it that our furniture was delivered on time and when one piece of furniture was no longer needed he had no issues with refunding our money. The guys who brought the remaining furniture were just as nice and professional. They even removed and replaced a couple door handles from a door that interfered with getting the couch in. I certainly plan on using this place again for future rentals.”

“Needed our Iphone batteries changed in 3/2019 and had it done in Nanuet, NY and it was a great experience. Picked a different location for this battery change.Made appointment on line for 11/27. Showed up, checked in and then passed to next employee. The employee we had most dealings with was Jamie and he was very cheerful and pleasant. He did mention a phone upgrade but was not pushy. We went through all the diagnostics and signed all the waivers. Went off for a few hours and met with three more people before getting our phones and paying. The store has a very dynamic vibe and was very busy at 10:10 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. Highly recommend going to Apple Store for any needs. I could have gone to a closer Best Buy but after calling and getting a foreign sounding woman that just wanted my phone number and then email address and thought there was no way I would trust my phone with anyone but Apple Store.”
