Verizon's Totowa location offers a wide range of mobile, 5G home internet, and business solutions. Customers can visit the store or schedule an online appointment for a convenient in-store pickup, free 2-day shipping, express lockers, or same-day delivery where available. The store is known for its knowledgeable and customer-centric employees. Devon, Kayla, and Motez have been praised for their exceptional service and technical expertise. They take the time to understand customers' needs and provide transparent information to help them find the best options. Customers highlight the store's ability to resolve issues efficiently. Kayla, in particular, has been commended for her patience, problem-solving skills, and commitment to ensuring customers leave satisfied, even if they are not there for a new device. Mario Hernandez, a salesperson at the Totowa store, has also received high praise for his customer-centric approach. He takes the time to understand customers' needs, clearly explains pricing and plan details, and helps them get the most value for their money. While the Totowa store has received mostly positive reviews, one customer had a less satisfactory experience, feeling that the staff did not handle their request effectively. However, the store's overall reputation for knowledgeable and helpful employees has been widely recognized by satisfied customers.
I would like to thank and recommend Alex Hozak for helping me lower my phone bill and also lowering our home internet service. He also told me about the customer referral program. Verizon customer service is excellent , especially at the Totowa store!

Juan Marcos was most helpful thru the process. I am displeased with Verizon's infrastructure. The way phones are set up and disseminated. Juan was patient and did an expectational job.
