“Joe has been troubleshooting tech troubles in my house on my devices for about 4 years. He works on my computer, Samsung phones, Samsung televisions and car blue tooth set-ups. Joe is patient and methodical. His fees are reasonable and he is sensitive to costs. I have had security breaches on my computer that he has corrected and set up protections to avoid future problems. He is pleasant and I trust him. Joe responds quickly to requests. I have used Geek Squad a few times but I prefer to call Joe because he comes to the house and does the work right away and is more reasonable than Geek Squad. He is certainly a lot faster. I recommend Joe 100% , he is an expert in his field, he is a nice man and his fees are reasonable.”

Ellen at the other end wanted me to put this through insurance, bc she didn't know a simple troubleshoot like RESET network. ?♂️I'd had enough, and went into my local shop here. Chelsea reset my device, and in 10 minutes, everything was back in order.As customer svc totally sucked (one of the reps said he was disconnecting the call, so I disconnected, but then he called back- no thanks, too little, too late, bud...)This is 0% reflection on this store, but *CORPOŔATE TAKE NOTE AND PLS DO BETTER *.This resolution was so simple- took 90 minutes to get horrible, incompetent svc. by phone, and only 10 minutes in-person, to fix the bugs. “I was an Xfinity customer for 2 years so I can say from personal experience the service is spotty to say the least (Wi-Fi and security camera), the company never offered any refunds for any days I couldn't use the service. I'm always out working so I don't have time to sit at home and wait all day for a tech. Steven was so helpful, kind, pleasent and personable - all the qualities you’d hope for in a worker that’s assisting you (and a human being in general ?). IMO he should be running that store which, I dont doubt he’ll be running a store eventually.Other than the amazing customer service I received, the store was very clean, organized and bright. The process of getting the new iPhone was easy and seemless. I have to say I thoroughly enjoyed my time here which normally, I despise going to cellphone stores. I feel they’re always crowded, long wait times and overall not fun. But this location was different.
