“I wanted to replace SSD with a bigger size (from 256GB to 2TB), but could not open the SSD cover in my mew laptop. Based on existing reviews, I called the shop and Jimmy kindly picked the call and assured that it can be handled. I immediately drove there and Jimmy explained that the screw heads holding the SSD cover were worn out, skillfully unscrewed them, removed existing 2230 SSD (256GB) and inserted new 2280 size SSD (2 TB) which I already cloned. Now my laptop is working fine with the new SSD. Jimmy really made my day. I truly appreciate him. For anyone who wants to visit the shop, better street-park the car at the Cedar Ln. Plenty of parking spots.”

“I purchased a pre-owned iPhone 14 Plus to upgrade my mother's old iPhone 8 Plus. I transferred everything myself, but activation/transferring her active line to the 14 Plus was still required. Since newer models are eSIM-only, I knew it wouldn’t be straightforward. I could have handled it on My Verizon online, but that likely would’ve meant dealing with customer service via phone and wasting time.
This shop is only a block from my place, so on the way to dinner with my mom we stopped in. Patrick and Kyu activated the device quickly and without any issues. Supporting a local business is an easy choice when the service is efficient and reliable—highly recommended.”

My husband and I had a big issue after ordering new lines and phones through AT&T 611, our bill was completely wrong, we were charged for a phone we never received, and every representative told us something different. Nelson took the time to fix everything, explained the process clearly, and even followed up with us to make sure it was all corrected in a timely manner.
