“I had such a great experience with Marlton Computer Service. I called for a problem with my computer. The technician that came out was honest, friendly, and respectful of my time and money. They laid out several plans for me Md told me what each would cost. In the end I had them build me a new computer, and they were able to transfer all my data and still get the new computer back in my house the next day! It works great, and again the tech that came out to install it was wonderful. I would have no problem recommending them to anyone. They also were cheaper than big box stores since they build everything in house.”

“I went in to the Glassboro store today after a very unpleasant visit to the Sicklerville store. The employees at Glassboro especially Steve Griffith made the experience easy. He was professional, knowledgeable and polite. I can’t say enough about how he went out of his way to make sure we were completely set up and satisfied with the results of our phone transfer from Xfinity to T-Mobile. Steve is who you want teaching a master class on customer service. I will tell friends and family to use this store for all your T-Mobile needs.
Please do not go to Sicklerville store, you will be treated badly and rudely dismissed like you are not worth their time even after my second attempt to ask for help with a phone transfer. Poor poor service.”
“We switched carriers and updated our phones about a month ago and had a great experience with Nichole! She was so patient and spent about an hour with us making sure that everything transferred over correctly and we understood our new devices. She helped us get a great deal and now we are paying less monthly than we were before with an extra line and three new phones! I'm glad we switched! Thank you!!”

“Came to the Mall Store on 2 separate visits and were helped by two of the nicest and most knowledgeable guys!! Noah and Justin helped my mom (83) with her new iPhone getting it set up and giving her tips on how to use it.
Noah had such patience with her and answered all her questions with kindness. He found the best solution for her by listening to what she had to say. Justin treated her with such warmth and was so courteous to her as well. Hard to find this level of customer service anywhere and this store is a shining example of what good customer service looks like!! She left, one happy customer. They deserve a bonus for the outstanding service!!”

“Without getting into too much detail, I was given the runaround by customer care for two days. I walked into this location and was greeted by Aaron who was very accommodating to my (and my 11 month old in a car seat) needs.He could tell I was flustered, and quickly helped me acquiring the information I needed. Aaron ran into the same road block I had been hitting, and very diplomatically took care of the situation. I truly can’t thank him enough.Not to be dramatic but Aaron truly made my day better.Thank you so much Aaron! You’re amazing”
“We had a very positive experience at this store with a salesperson named Rand. He was well informed, patient, and polite. He explained everything as we went through the process of switching from our previous cell service provider. We went back the next day with a few more questions and he welcomed us like family. If Rand were the only person working here, I'm sure all the reviews would be 5 stars. He was so generous with his time, we really thought he was the manager.”

“I am not really one to leave a review, but here I will. i walked in this store and i was greeted by Naas, Automatically I said dude I’m so sorry i honestly had a crappy couple days, and I explained. I told him I was paying almost $200 a month for my ONE line at T-Mobile, And I wanted to switch! This man got my phone bill down to about $100 for ONE LINE.We also had a minor issue, but he did get it fixed for me… He was super patient with me and my personal situation I was going through. He is just super nice, and so made sure I walked out of there happy.. I hope Verizon does some type of compensation For their employees when they get good reviews… This man deserves it!!!!! Thank you Naas SO MUCH!!!!!”
