“The owner is the nicest guy . I was able to walk right in without a line - BONUS! The store is very clean, pretty easy to navigate, and people seemed to socially distance themselves well. The owner was very friendly and even wished my friend a happy birthday! Great selection, all kinds of wines and some things I had never even heard of, which I really respect. The prices are reasonable, and the staff is almost friendly. Knowledgeable, and almost friendly. Cheers! Will definitely visit again”

“It's a moderately priced liquor store with a good variety of spirits and beer for the area. I personally am a craft beer sort of guy however, I occasionally stop by because of the attention I get from the staff as well as those $1 Keystone's. We can't always drink the best–when the funds are low Universal Liquors has your back.”

“Probably the most competitive prices for miles on popular liquors, in a small store (they don't have entire isles for each type of liquor). The popular stuff ($10-$100) are here with some options and gift sets. For example, in terms of:
- Blended scotch: I saw different Black Label sizes (+ gift set) priced so right, as well as Blue Label.
- Single malts: I saw Glenlivet 12, Glenfidditch 12 (2024 limited edition), The Macallan 12 DC & SO (well below $100), and maybe a couple other varieties but nothing above 12 years (unless they had them in the back).
- Tequilla: I saw more variety of popular choices, including Patron Blanco (+gift set), Reposado & Anejo, and the obligatory Clase Azul.
They still carry some niche quality items that are hard to get online (I got a bottle of Arak Touma, Lebanese import and probably best you can get on this side of the world).
- Wine selection includes popular local and imported regions.
Owner is friendly and helpful, and will order items he does not have in stock, if he can.
Finally, I honestly don't understand people saying don't come here because there's a card minimum... Like waht?? Card companies take a small cut of each transaction you make when you use the card. If you just turned 21 and want to pay for your $5 sippy bottle with a credit card, the store loses a significant percentage of that amount to the CC company. This has been the case since forever. Just get some cash on your way.”

“My second favorite liquor store to go to. Friendly, convenient, open late. They do have certain products they are a bit pricey. other than that, they're pretty competitive. My favorite thing to get is there a new little special they started doing a few months back with their little airplane bottles of RumChata, 2 for $5. And I loved it mostly because they have the coconut flavor and the regular, so I get one of each”
