This bank is run by entitled, lazy, incompetent individuals that refuse to assist customers even when the branch is completely empty.

Be careful if you have a checking account here. Someone stole my rent check in the mail. When I reported it as fraud to Wells Fargo, they refused to take any accountability for the stolen check. When I spoke with a banker there, he told me that four other customers this month alone had their Wells Fargo checks stolen.... read full comment
