The customer service I received from Maria the bank teller was insulting. I was depositing a check. After a minute I questioned Maria if there was a problem. She continues to review the check then had the ordasity to ask me if I worked for that company ?. Then tells me it's her job to ask questions.This was PROFILLING at its finest. I called Wells Fargo and filled a complaint. I was told due to privacy reasons I wouldn't be told if she was spoken to or not about this matter.I have banked with Wells Fargo for over a decade and NEVER was questioned about a check I was depositing.I told Wells Fargo as a customer I will make my complaint known. This is the best platform to do it. A review on Google is a powerful tool. Use it when you're being unfairly treated.

This is the third time I make a deposit on the ATM. This machine takes your money. I put 900$ and it counted 850. Yesterday I lost 50$ because they counted wrong. Never go back to this ATM.

I use this bank because of the ATM but I had to take out money at the front desk which I dread because I needed an exact amount and some staff are typically rude. Shantell was rude and seemed like she didn't even want to be there. I said hi only for her to ignore me for a bit and then I said "oh I guess your not open then" and thats when she made an effort to help...then gives me my money like I was an inconvenience to her. Not even a goodbye or have a nice day. Makes me want to switch to Chase. They know how to be courteous and friendly.

The worst customer service I’ve ever seen in a bank. I witnessed when a lady very polite asked to please help her to fill out a form because she didn’t know how to write. The bank lady with a nasty attitude answered “ I can’t do that, you need to bring someone with you etc., the client said “can I get the form and bring it back filled out ? Of course NOT… the lady said Ma’am why are you giving a hard time, I have my id, my debit card. I wouldn’t be bothering you but the lady that helps me is not here. The banker asked her who was the lady that helps her because she was not supposed to do that and that she was going to report her. Horrible! This is not my bank I just went there for emergency, however I did reported this lady for treating this customer like a piece of garbage. It Broke my heart.

When it comes to service this bank is the worst. Very slow the teller line doesn't move. It appears to be very short staffed. It also take 2 employees to help one customer. Don't know what's going on but for a customer like me that has thousands of dollars in his account I expect better service and not to stand in line for over 30 mins

Off the bag I walk in and I see no bankers or tellers, yet what I do hear is a concert going on in the back room. Seems like everyone wanted to take the little break at once and leave the location unattended until it was over. Once I finally get to a bank rep she's sitting there on her phone and looks at me as if I i did something wrong. It's your job to help me! I ask her if I can get some help with the College Card and she asks me if I have an application number, I told her all I had was a Reference number and she says all I need an application number and went right back to being on her phone. Seriously? She deserves to be employee of the month for all the f****** hard work she does. I don't remember her last name but her first name is Sandra. Thanks for being such a great help, Sandra! -_-
