“I’m putting 5star for the few good workers I’ve encountered who calmly resolved customer service issue. This morning my card got swallowed up by the atm. The rain caught the atm and the buttons wasn’t working. I went in the bank and was distraught by the first encounter but I’m thankful for the person who stepped in to resolved the matter and print me a replacement. I don’t know the name but thank you. No one would be happy to lose their card.”

“i just cant believe that banking can be so ez. First of all, you walk in, no appointments required. one is able to do pretty much all banking stuff, i didnt have any problems with cash withdrawals, needed over $7k in hundreds and fifties, no problem, other banks: aaahh did u call earlier? At psfcu in Union, no problem. Needed vehicle loan, no problem, just asked for it. No need to wait for loan officer. All employes knew everything about loans. My wife needed IRA, no problem, all employees knew what she was talking about. Will i stay with them??? Hell yeah.”
