Melanie is AWESOME SAUCE HANDS DOWN‼️She was very warm, knowledgeable and patient. I saw the way she MULTITASKED with such ease. She presented excellent professional balance as she assisted every customer on her line and greeted ALL who came into the branch 🙌🏽. Her work ethic was on 💯.

The tellers here want to do anything BUT their job and help you. as a former bank teller for TD Bank, this location has the worst tellers I’ve ever had to deal with.

Worst experience, the teller is so rude,she refused to talk to me in English, and the reason why I continue to talk to her in English is because my husband doesn’t understand what I’m saying,
Stop profiling people, if I’m approaching you in English just continue talking to people in English!!
