Ari, Jose and Andrew were flexible and returned 4 times to make sure all of our install issues (related to the cabinet maker and plumber) were addressed and our appliance were installed safely and correctly. While I was frustrated with the delays from other contractors the TopLine associates were professional and encouraging- saying this happens all the time and in the end it will all work out. I appreciated their encouragement and understanding. The product line and services available at TopLine are just that…top line. I made the mistake of going to Home Depot and PC Richards first and they didn't have anything in stock and weren't even able to give me a timeline for delivery. I was lucky enough to find Jem on Google... not only did they have a good selection actually on their premises but their pricing was good as well. The customer service was great and I was able to even deal directly with one of the members of the family that owns the business. Where can you really find that these days? The buying process was quick and easy, no pressure, no drama. Zelle, check, or cash is preferred. I don't believe they install but they do deliver to a pretty extensive area. Not the easiest location to find but definitely worth it. Give them a call, support a great local family business!”

“I ordered an XBOX from this Best Buy, and they used a third party delivery site (Roadie) to ship it. The package I got two days later (although it should’ve been one) contained a random assortment of items. I went to the physical store to resolve this issue, and the manager Andrea was very helpful. She explained that the package had been tampered with by the Roadie driver as it was sealed by tape that Best Buy did not use and clearly gave me the next steps to follow.
In other words, be careful if you’re getting products shipped, but the in-store staff is very helpful.”

“This was my first time using Rent-A-Center because I had relatives who were coming for the holidays and my ordered furniture wasn't going to arrive in time. I came to the Bloomfield Rent-A-Center and it exceeded my expectations. Not only are their prices reasonable but the service was exceptional. Courtney was courteous and accommodating. He saw to it that our furniture was delivered on time and when one piece of furniture was no longer needed he had no issues with refunding our money. The guys who brought the remaining furniture were just as nice and professional. They even removed and replaced a couple door handles from a door that interfered with getting the couch in. I certainly plan on using this place again for future rentals.”
