When I called the Linden NJ store, store manager Stephanie gave me steps to remediate the problem but when it was not resolved, she set up an exchange and pick up. The exchange was done professionally and the men even put on shoe protectors without my having to request them to do so. This is the best customer service that I have received in a long time. Ashley was absolutely fantastic! incredibly accommodating, hilarious, and extremely knowledgeable about every product in the store. She took the time to explain how Sleep Number beds work, walked us through the different models, and helped us find the perfect fit for my sleep needs.
Her upbeat personality made the whole experience fun and stress-free. I never felt pressured or rushed just supported by someone who genuinely cares and knows what they’re talking about.
The store itself was clean, comfortable, and had all the models available to test out. I was really impressed by the technology behind the beds, especially how customizable they are. She quickly offered an alternative design using a desk that could be configured to the size we need, added chairs in the same style, proposed fabrics for the chairs, and developed pricing. We were unsure of what our needs were since I am disabled from serious back issues. Jordan walked us through what our needs would be. The process was so much easier than we had expected. I was only going to scope out the options and compare to feel of my bed at home but he took time to let me test many different options and I found one that was so comfortable there was no need to compare. That was it.
Price was good value for the model and quality so I ended up buying a more expensive bed than I had planned because it was so comfortable it was well with the upgrade. Jordan was nice enough to let me take that journey to decide what felt best for ME

“My wife and I spent time reviewing the numerous mattress purchase options available to be tested in the showroom with Bobby who guided us through our likes and dislikes to help us settle on a helix luxe mattress. We were torn between the twilight and midnight luxe versions, but settled on the twilight. We had a few more outside options to consider before consummating the purchase so Bobby promised to email us a quote by the end of the day ( which we received within the hour). After mulling our choices over a few days we had a change of mind and decided to go with the midnight luxe and were able to contact Holly at the showroom(we met Holly during our initial visit). She graciously and skillfully accommodated our change request and even identified an additional savings for us through the ongoing promotion. Both Bobby and Holly were fantastic: knowledgeable, cordial, helpful and professional in making the buying experience quick, easy and painless.
