“This place reminds me so much of "Times - Farmers Market" that was in Plainfield about 10+ years ago. Similar layout and decor. Discovered this place on 22 on a whim and found that the prices and freshness of the produce were excellent. The store is very clean and orderly and it appears to have a good turnaround on the perishable foods. Great to shop at a produce market other than the big box or overly expensive supermarkets.”

“I called ahead for my order for 2 Turkey Egg & Cheese Toasted Heroes. Phone order went smooth, attentive & when I got to the store my food was ready, there were other customers paying felt good eating here for the first time. Neighborhood, small mom&pop business vibes. Price, service, fresh ingredients & perfect portions. I would not change anything. I wish they had home fries but it's OK, sandwich was still good. I will comeback & should try their inexpensive yet delicious food.”

You don't have to buy their water jugs or bottles if you already have one from another brand. I use my Poland spring 5 gallon jugs that I purchased a long time ago and just keep refilling it at Blue Star Pure Water. They even have Spring Water dispenser while waiting. Helps you load your water in the car if needed. I am a loyal customer for life. I travel from Somerset County to Blue Star Pure Water every month for my 5-10: 5 gallon jugs to refill alkaline water. Great customer service. I recommend for everyone to recycle and reuse your water jugs to refill it at Blue Star Pure Water for $3.99 to refill Spring Water than brand name prices that's over $10. “It's convenient you can need to do ligh shopping, there lines aren't long. I love the fresh sandwich rolls they bring in everyday & also the produce. I just wish there was more options of Sugar Free products, especially since your close to a disabled and elderly housing complex and your super market is convenient for them to shop. I'm a diabetic and I like sweets, so more options of ice creams, breads, baking items. I just wish they lower the prices of the meat at the butcher counter. The only time I can catch something on sale is when I have no anyways keep up the good work, I'll be there this weekend for some Short Ribs of Beef.”

“This grocery store is amazing! I went in to see if they had falafel. The owner was so kind and took me around the store. I ended up leaving with falafel, pita, olives, and a homemade harissa. Everything looked so delicious! This place is small, but stocked with so many delicious items! Also the prices are great.”

“Great polish food. I live 45min away and stop here for pierogis whenever in the area. From potato and cheese, to mushroom and even blueberry these are all best around. Also tried bean stew which is amazing. Bigos or hunter stew I guess is great ! Traditional dishes are also phenomenal around holidays. The bread is always fresh and probably best in the whole region. This is the place to shop if you're into this type of food.”

“I ordered an Italian cheese steak and it was too seasoned and salty that I couldn’t finish it after a few bites. However, the meat portion and size of the sandwich I would go back but ask them not to put the seasoning. I don’t think it is terrible I just had that one experience and it was nice and clean inside. Which is why I gave it 4 stars.”
