“Everyone at the Verizon store are really friendly and they're all very knowledgeable. I've had a lot of experiences with them from buying phones, pre-ordering and billing issues or whatnot. I'm not going to get specific with any of these incidents because there are so many but I've never had an issue with them and they always have answers and correct my issues.”

When I called the Vineland store Stephanie was very patient with me and took the time to explain what each tier offered. All questions I had she was very helpful, respectful and professional.
Please keep her at all cost because not every Verizon store has employees like her!”
