“I highly recommend this AT&T store! The customer service is 5 star. I walked in to upgrade my Samsung Galaxy flip since it was old and I dropped it the day before and it was holding on to dear life. Angel was working alone and there were 2 customers ahead of me. She greeted me and made me feel comfortable while I waited. She made sure to circulate and assist everyone by prioritizing their needs. When it was my turn she helped me pick the perfect plan and phone, applied a senior discount on my billing, changed my name on my account, and took her time explaining AT&T wifi, which I signed up for, as I have been looking to break away from my way too expensive cable and wifi bill for awhile. She then did a smart transfer from my old phone to my new one, while helping other customers who came after me in the same friendly and attentive way. In a world where customers rarely feel valued any longer, I can honestly say that is not the case with Angel and this AT&T store on Landis Ave in Vineland. Angel is patient, kind, friendly, and helpful, more than 5 stars!”
