I'm not going to get specific with any of these incidents because there are so many but I've never had an issue with them and they always have answers and correct my issues.”

Went in to have my information switched to my new phone. Adrianne came over and helped us. Adrianne was very professional and friendly. Adrianne set up the phones to move the information over. She let us know that her shift was over and Keese (hope spelling is close) very nice professional gentleman came over and finished the copy once the phones were done. He was so nice he took the extra steps to make sure an app I needed MLB copied over correctly because we have tickets to a game we're going to ?”
“I was nervous being a first time customer but thanks to Alan, I was able to open up a new line! He had no problem answering any question I had, and seemed to be really for the customer. He made sure I get every offer that was available. A plus is that I wasn't in the store all day either! Thank you again”
