“Went to the store back in April to try out their 5G Home Internet. It was priced at $50/month with no contract terms and I was paying well over $100 with Xfinity for their internet without cable. Loved the service and decided to go back in July/August to look into switching my phone service from Xfinity to Tmobile. I was paying around $90 initially with Xfinity and then it went up to $120 after I cancelled my internet with them so I was ready to gtfo. The employees at Tmobile were super helpful and through the switch program, they paid off my iPhone with a e-giftcard and now I pay $105 a month for phone AND internet. Easiest decision ever, glad I made the switch!”

“Without getting into too much detail, I was given the runaround by customer care for two days. I walked into this location and was greeted by Aaron who was very accommodating to my (and my 11 month old in a car seat) needs.He could tell I was flustered, and quickly helped me acquiring the information I needed. “5 TARS TO THE STAFF!!! NO STAR FOR THE COMPANY!!!I love the my visit! Eric helped us setup my son’s new fun. The only problem I had was the lack of ergonomic mates for the employees. (See pic- employees feet). So they stand all day and no one has a mat so not cool. My knees hurt watching them work. And you can tell it affects them because they’re always moving and repositioning.Spend some money to build great rapport with your staff!! Happy holidays to the team!!!”

“I just have to say how AMAZING Rebecca is. I am came in the store this afternoon and the store was rather busy. Rebecca took multitasking to a whole new level. She was working with 3 customers at the same time and apologized for the wait. I was having issues with my watch connecting with my phone. She tried to connect it several times and it wouldn't work. She finally called in to Tmobile and was doing all of this while working with other customers. Finally she figured out that my watch was connected to 2 numbers. She did a reset on my watch and finally it was fixed. She made a point to not let me out of the store until she called my phone to make sure my watch was truly connected. She is the best! THANK YOU REBECCA!”

“I came in to the Ellisburg location with my parents to add them to my plan and get new phones. Ready for a 2 hour headache and later problems. Candi took the time to get my parents comfortable while she researched the best deal, explained the plans down to even how they can use their phones for international travel, worked to transfer their numbers and all their former phone data, checked and double checked with them to make sure all the important stuff transferred over (yes, screen savers are important) and suffered through "Dad jokes" and banter with a genuine upbeat positive lovely attitude. Even got my dad a free Apple Watch. Set up everything for them painlessly. An hour and a half later, all was settled and Candi was just as delightful and unflagged. A true delight to work with! Ended up saving my parents $100 a month over Verizon WITH new phones and watches and no headaches. Plus rebates. Candi is a true professional. Many thanks!”

In has become a very digital world, Greg is an Ambassador for old school customer service that generates customer loyalty. I will only ever go back to this store for my Verizon needs.”

“I had a wonderful experience both times I came to this Verizon location. The first time I brought my broken phone in and wound up trading it in for a new one. Julian was my representative, he was patient, informative, and very helpful. I went back a couple days later and a very welcoming woman and gentleman helped with my phone screen replacement. I wish I knew their names to give them credit. The store is very big, clean and organized, and all of the staff is very friendly. I always used to go directly to Apple for phone repair/issues, but I will not go there again and will always go to this Verizon store. Thank you to the team for your kind service and help!”
