They never answer the phone. Every time I call, it rings for 5 or more minutes and no one answers. Absolutely ridiculous.

Terrible drive-thru experience! The snow was everywhere, and they still insisted I go inside even though I told them I had my kids with me and there was nowhere to park. It’s unfair that I had to struggle like this just to use my own account. Very disappointed with how they handled the situation.
