“This branch went above-and-beyond for me so I feel strongly about leaving a 5 star review. I had an issue two years ago (Feb 2022) that no one at TD could resolve-- it was extremely frustrating (the person I was dealing with back then no longer works at this branch). Then in Jan 2024, I casually mentioned the issue to the Godwin Ave bank teller and he gave me the correct contact at Unclaimed Property... who then finally sent me on the correct path to get a check that was owed to me. Rasheeda Kamar was then amazing to work with -- and she followed through with everything (and even sent me reminder emails). Rasheeda was the gold star but I need to also give credit to the entire Godwin Ave branch (the current employees who work there now). Thank you for recovering my funds and thank you for being so nice about it.”
“Stopped by here the other day, and wanted to give a shout out to the teller Ana, who was very helpful with my financial needs, as for the office itself, it is very nice and clean, not too many people, overall, it's a good bank and in a good location: Had to do a small update though, the teller Ana made a mistake by accidentally depositing an extra amount in my account which caused my account to be overdrawn afterwards, she did give me a call regarding about it, but still, my account was overdrawn and the fees couldn't be reversed..”

“Unfortunately I had some security issues with my acc regardless of how Valley National Bank does business. Nancy at this location not only helped me figure out how to fix my acc she helped me in person situate everything and while my acc was down she was able to provide with funds from my acc until the issue was resolved the issue was then resolved so not only did I have emergency cash she waited for me at the location past business hours just so I could have cash. The issue was resolved she was very kind and straightforward also I was a little frustrated and she still handled my frustrations very well. I am only speaking for Nancy she is a 5 star employee ! If you have any issues ask for her and stop by in person I'm sure she will help you she is very educated !”

“Friendly and welcoming branch; always greeted when you walk in, doesn't matter if you are a customer or not!You do not have to wait on line and then stand on the other side of a tall counter like most banks, instead you are welcomed to a private area where you get to sit comfortably in a chair by the representative.The manager is always available to the customer; it is like the bank relationship of years ago, they get to know the customer - to cultivate a personal and warm experience.”
