“I went to this metro store because I needed 2 new phones I called head ahead of time to check if they had it in stock at first I was confused because the guy was super friendly I just wasn't ready for that because of previous experience from other stores.
When I went to the the store the guy took the time to listen to my questions and used the questions I was asking and made sure I got exactly what I wanted and I did.
It's rare to find customer service that take the time to listen to what the customer wants.”

Ended up purchasing a hefty PC and pedals for my racing sim.I also love the fact that they have a simulator in the store that you can try out. “After being rudely dismissed from the Wayne store, I decided to take a drive over to the Butler store. Walked in and Juan and Adrian immediately welcomed us and were eager to help in any way they could. Adrian is seriously an angel sent straight from heaven. He spent four hours with me trying to fix my phone all while helping the ten other people who walked in needing help also. He was a one-man show and was holding it down like a boss. He was so kind and so helpful and I am so grateful for him. I highly recommend this store. T-mobile, give this man a raise!”

Born in Nepal, near Mount Everest, Sherpa has became a good friend of mine and he speaks pretty good English for moving to New Jersey recently. Sherpa puts a smile on my face and makes my day every time I visit him and go to this local 7-Eleven franchise.
