I'm highly allergic and it's very disappointing that I can't find somewhere local that sells it. The girls that were working inside were so nice though!!! I give the 4 stars just based on customer service.”
“Helpful and customer service oriented staff: Deryl is THE BEST, a pleasure. I needed a can of compressed air, to clean a non-working old thermostat, to be able to have heat last night. It was late and I didn't want to drive to Newton nor Milford, when they likely don't even have that item! Deryl found 2 cans at THE DOLLAR STORE! AND it worked, i have heat! Thank You.”

“The people at Dollar General are sincere, intelligent and sweet. they remember everything about me, and we chat often they even give me advice on where to find things that are not there… Dave, Lauren, Heather, and Holly are an absolute delight, and now Jordan has joined from CVS. this is the only place where I can find my favorite soda, cleaners (check out the seasonal aisle: bleach $1) and treats for a low amount of money! I treasure going there!

“The store was clean and well organized. You could actually find help when I couldn't find an item. Doesn't sound like a big deal but it is whenever it is that you're trying to get help from a worker. They're too busy texting, talking on their phone or are just completely ignoring you for fear they might have to work.”
“I happened to be in area & then stopped at Sav-a-lot. I went to price check & got porterhouse steak-thick [email protected] lbs, fresh wings half price & a few other things, saving $50.+ plus I saved $30. at Ollie's next door & saved $20 in gas for trip to doctor because urgent care was right there. I killed 3 birds with 1 stone. Got good quality meat. Store was clean,, well stocked.. Plenty of boxes available for groceries and/or if needed for moving. Was not crowded at all at 5pm on Friday! This all made the trip worth it. Total saving $100.- gas $80. Total grocery bill? $111.83. My bill everywhere else is always $ 163 & up.”

“I have been using the Walmart photo center for almost 12 years now. And I got to say that it’s worth using. So here is my story. I first stared using the Walmart photo center machines way back in 2012. The first batch of photos that I have printed out was a bunch of photos that I took of my oldest brothers wedding. The real reason why I wanted to try the Walmart photo center is because I just wanted to see how they would come out. My mom and I where really nervous because we where so scared that they wouldn’t come out right. So after waiting an hour and to my surprise they all came out wonderful! And after they where done. We went home and we putted them all in an album. So I just wanted to let you know that it’s all worth it!So if I could rate it more then a 5/5 stars then it will so be a 10/10”
“this is my favorite walmart,been a customer for like 20yrs perhaps,most employees are friendly,the vibes are positive. I've had issues in the past with the automotive section personnel by the register and the fishing hunting section for lack of personnel and the ones that were assigned temporary, had attitude issues!no matter how I tried to reason,they treated me like trash and ignored my pleas for assistance,which I let them know,but they seemed not to care!I always try to avoid these two areas.the employees that were there in the past permanently they were friendly, some treated me like a friend,even when we met somewhere else.ps,some items are marked one price and the register charges a higher price!keep an eye on that!but not every item!aside from that,it is my favorite Walmart,so far!”

“I was unable to find marshmallow Fluff. I asked an employee who sent me down aisle 5. Not there. I checked aisle 6 and several others. I checked the back wall by the peanut butter and bread. I went up front and asked another employee, who told me to try isle 5, if I don't find it there to check aisle 6, and if I don't find it there, check the back wall by the peanut butter ?. I told her I already did but I would check again. I never found it. When I got to the register, the cashier asked me if I found everything OK, which they always do. I said no and told the cashier the entire story as I have explained here. I also told him that I was frustrated and just once would like some real customer service, like someone showing me where it is, and actually helping me find it. He continued checking me out with no further comment or assistance with the situation ?. So why ask if I found everything ok, if you're not going to do a damn thing about it if I didn't???? ??
Update 11/11/24: I changed my rating from 1star to 5 stars today, thanks to a superstar named Britney. She overheard me on the phone with my son, telling him I couldn't find the spice he was looking for. She asked if she could help me. She said that they should have it, and asked me if I had more shopping to do. When I replied yes she said she would find it, and,then find me. She sure did, and brought it right to me. Now that is what I call customer service!!! Thank you Britney!!!”

“Even though it's not a super walmart, it was big enough for me. I was able to locate almost everything that I needed n got even more. The place was quite well stocked, the staff at the pharmacy department helped me with what I needed. Check out was quite fast too. Plan on visiting again soon.”
“I was stuck at pump car battery shortout i grew up in area were people use to help I was on my way to work u asked at least 7 people hey could u help me out I had cables hooked up would if literally taken 3 seconds of someone's time to help a guy out in his way to work but not one of thoses people driving there brand new fancy cars and trucks would even help me that's sad but that's the new America, were people only care for themselves all probly all from the city area but the gentleman working inside were as more than willing to help me out so I thank them for there time they work a 40 hr week for a living for low pay in pa and still have a heart to help out thankyou for they work hard there and deserve better money thank you for your time I'm glad your there at nights working hard and under paid and appreciated but american people are glad your there working”

“I came from far away to check out this store and see what they had on clearance from Valentine's Day. Sadly not much. While there my husband needed to use the rest room and was told they were out of order. How in the world does a store not have a working rest room for employees and patrons?”
