“Liked this place at a convenient location. Used it for shipping a couple of times as well as notary. Service time is usually very quick. Romin is awesome. Only once i was asked to pay to print the prepaid return label, that was odd or first time for me but i understand; i should have come prepared with printouts etc. asked for clarificationa and was pointed to policy clearly posted. Liked the transparency.”

“I went here to get my passport photos taken after my photos from CVS were rejected. I've been to multiple Walgreens and CVS locations- all of which had no photography station set up, and the staff had no training on how to take photos. At Postal annex, they have a fantastic setup
with the proper lighting and a professional camera. They know what they're doing!”

“This UPS Store and UPS beat out its two major competitors (USPS, FedEx) in care, cost, and customer service. I use its service a handful of times per year. I’ve always found this Store’s staff extremely helpful and responsive, providing tips on safer packaging and delivery options. My latest visit was yesterday, and the package I sent arrived at its destination on time and in perfect shape.”
“Nice lady at the front name Constance (Connie) is very polite and patient. She’s very knowledgeable about retail and is the passport agent there. She gives customers chances to correct paperwork instead of rejecting password appointments. I highly recommend her to help customers with anything. Customers come in are very disrespectful to the staff I have never seen her loose herself dealing with the public can be very challenging.”
