“My wife and I spent time reviewing the numerous mattress purchase options available to be tested in the showroom with Bobby who guided us through our likes and dislikes to help us settle on a helix luxe mattress. We were torn between the twilight and midnight luxe versions, but settled on the twilight. We had a few more outside options to consider before consummating the purchase so Bobby promised to email us a quote by the end of the day ( which we received within the hour). After mulling our choices over a few days we had a change of mind and decided to go with the midnight luxe and were able to contact Holly at the showroom(we met Holly during our initial visit). She graciously and skillfully accommodated our change request and even identified an additional savings for us through the ongoing promotion. Both Bobby and Holly were fantastic: knowledgeable, cordial, helpful and professional in making the buying experience quick, easy and painless. Kudos to both as we await delivery of our new mattress.”
“Carlos at Casper in Menlo park mall deserve infinite amounts of star however given the parameters I will settle for 5 stars. Carlos’s friendly attitude, knowledge of the products, knowledge of the policies and overall a friendly and inviting demeanor makes the experience at Casper great absolute phenomenal…. “We decided it was time for a new mattress. We stopped in at Mattress firm and were greeted by a pleasant sales representative Jordan. We were unsure of what our needs were since I am disabled from serious back issues. Jordan walked us through what our needs would be. The process was so much easier than we had expected. After about an hour we made an informed decision and purchased a beauty rest mattress and adjustable base. Jordan even worked with us on the price. I was only going to scope out the options and compare to feel of my bed at home but he took time to let me test many different options and I found one that was so comfortable there was no need to compare. That was it.
Price was good value for the model and quality so I ended up buying a more expensive bed than I had planned because it was so comfortable it was well with the upgrade. Jordan was nice enough to let me take that journey to decide what felt best for ME

“We'd purchased Savvy Rest mattresses before and needed an entire bed for our teenage son since he'd grown too much for his previous smaller Savvy Rest bed. I wanted to shop locally and called Hibernate Bedding to place a phone order. Not only did she not charge more than the Savvy Rest website prices, but she had the same special sale for the beds (both mattresses and frames) that Savvy Rest offered online. We couldn't have been happier with the pricing.Though we'd not planned to go Bernardsville in person, she suggested having our son try out what we'd planned ordering first. I'm so glad we took her advice b/c the various layers and options felt very different than our own older Savvy Rest mattresses/layer combos. Our son is now getting the best sleep he has in years. I've asked him several times the last couple of months, and he is still as positive about his new bed as he was the first night. He was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. I had expected my delivery to be Tuesday (today) and Robert called me to confirm that I received that information on Monday evening. When he had called, I was still unsure of my time so I appreciate that follow up! I truly recommend speaking with Robert and going Mattress Warehouse, in Watchung, if you're in the market for a new mattress. The prices are *fantastic* and could work in any budget. Also, they have a sleep technology bed that provides you info on mattresses that would be best suited for you. It's fantastic and also important to know for your own health. That all said, the delivery was flawless. They give you an even more accurate real time ETA the day of your delivery. The delivery guys were fast, efficient and super friendly.
