We were in the store from opening until about 12:30pm on 8/15 and Nia was the sole employee in the store, efficiently handling up to five different phone customers at once. I felt terrible that she was alone but she calmly reassured me that she felt ok and she was cheerful and attentive to all of us, without revealing why she was alone on a busy Saturday. The phone plan transfer itself was easy and understandable.
