“Honestly, some of the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. I went into this location not really sure what size unit I even needed and Angel was incredible! He was so patient and understanding, like he didn’t make me feel rushed or dumb for asking a million questions. His energy was just on another level, super professional but also warm like I was talking to a friend. By the time I made my choice on a unit, Steven stepped in and he was just as great. It felt like such a relief knowing I was being helped by people who actually cared about making it a good experience. I walked out feeling lighter, happier, and honestly pretty lucky to have run into a team like that. If I get to see them every time I stop by my storage unit, that’s a win in my book.”

“While no one is ever thrilled about the inevitable rate jumps at storage units, the personnel at the physical locations (we’ve used 3) have been u failing pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. So there’s that! This location is clean, well lit and the entry is protected from weather.”
“I currently use a 10'10 storage unit at this facility. We are considering storing furniture (which would not be stackable) for the next couple of months and did not want to have two storage rooms at this facility.
I have been working with Tammy of Public Storage to find an optimal solution. We discussed storage locker sizes, location (within the facility) as well as cost. This facility is close to our home so the location is ideal. There are of course our Pyblic Storage fa ilities along Routee 22 if an interested party were looking for a facility.
Tammy was most helpful and we plan on visiting the facility tomorrow to view some of the larger storage lockers available.”

“Safeguard Self Storage at Mountainside, N.J is an excellent facility to store anything you have. I have stored my belongings there for over 10 years without any problems or damages to them and have always dealt with Cesar who is always willing to listen and assist me in anyway possible. If the phone was not answered when I called there, Cesar would be the one to return my call the same day.
I would surely recommend that facility to anyone who is looking for a storage unit.”

Access was great, carts always available, and halls kept clean. My crew cleaned out unit and i didn't get around to calling on that day. “So far so good! Be aware it’s not 24/7 access to your unit. I appreciated the set up for the unit. I did everything online and didn’t have to meet any staff to get started.
Once you sign up for your unit, you can download their app for your gate code, and they also have remote opening features on the app. You get to your unit and it’s shut, but unblocked. You open it and right there is a little welcome bag with your lock.
During the day the front desk staff would help me locate trolleys, they were kind.
My only complaint is the unit was dusty,, or maybe it’s not dust it’s almost like sediment? Hard to tell, it wasn’t over the top by any means, just noticeable enough when plopped a box down, the feedback from dust /debris was noticeable. Other than that, I was nearly given a heart attack as a tic tac sized spider was rappelling down towards my head. Nothing a little squeal and shadow boxing can’t fix. Nearly tweaked my neck doing so
ALL THAT TO SAY. this spot feels like a 10/10. The smoothness of the process is hard to beat
FIX THE LITTLE PEACE OF YELLOW CEMENT PLEASE , the lil ramp by sliding door 1. That NEEDS to be fixed. It’s a tripping hazard/liability. Thank you to the front desk staff for being kind and helpful, their energy was relaxed and professional. Can’t ask for much more.”

SF once they are under new management zI have seen quite much maintenance & keep it nice & clean that I haven’t seen in the past.Above all they used to increase the price very often. I am glad that new management has enough decency to consider discount for renting multiple units.
