“Nice little market. Good variety of different food items. Dont go super often, but I have recently been going to get some of their cheese spreads and fruits. Their sandwiches are always great. Can be a little pricey with some food items.
02-12-25 Update: In recent years, they have updated and expanded their paring lot. Definitely helps some. Made a stop in again to get some more cheese spread and ended up grabbing a few more things. It's still a great little market. Need to try and stop in more often. Honestly l, the only light downside of this place is the size of the store itself. It's fine when not really busy, but once busy, it can get a bit congested in there.”

“Palladino’s catered my daughter’s graduation party. They were amazing!! I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They took care of everything for me. The food was amazing and set up in such a beautiful way. There was such care and thought put in to their work. We received tons of compliments from our guests. I would highly recommend.”

We told him we were shopping for a dinner we are planning with our pastor. Mr. Murphy said “wait right here…I have a Christmas present for him, can you give it to him?” We said of course.

El Mercadito is a great spot for authentic Mexican food in Sicklerville! The beef tacos were flavorful and well-seasoned, with fresh toppings that added the perfect crunch. The tamales were soft and packed with delicious filling, just like homemade. The chicken and rice dish was comforting and well-cooked, with a nice balance of spices. Service was friendly, and the atmosphere was inviting. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the wait time was a bit longer than expected, but overall, a fantastic experience. Definitely worth a visit!”

“By far the cleanest, well stocked and organized Dollar General in my area. There are multiple DG in a 15 minute drive, along with more passed during different commutes. This is the best DG in every category, period. The employees are friendly, actually smile, greet you and chat nicely. Other stores i'm worried if I say 'hi how are you' I might upset them or be asking something too much for their comprehension. DG, Berlin period. 5 stars.”
“They sell lots of items here. Loads of snacks, coffee, beverages, tobacco, smoking products (pipes, screens, lighters, etc), lottery tickets, incenses, etc. You can buy large incense sticks individually or mix and match the sticks as they are priced by stick, which is great for trying a new scent. Today I discovered they sell Pocky (the snack food) which is pretty neat as this isn't something you can find everywhere. This store really brings something unique to the community which is rare these days. It has that personal touch that big chains lack, and the guys who run it are so friendly.”

LOVE the bakery here: the cake decorator does the BEST job & does wonderful custom work according to my needs! Once they did a half sheet cake for me for a wedding shower, & she did it in the bride's colors & similar to a wedding cake w/exquisite details!

“This store is very understaffed, and the company does this, not management and the associates. They are forced to work extra hard and additionally deal with frustrated customers day in and out. This store has the potential to have alot of traffic Only if the company would staff them better. I went into this store today. I had a frustrating experience. I didn't mean to have my mood change so quick, but it's been that type of day. I must say Barbara and the young man, I didn't catch his name tag he works there often, are amazing and super stars. They really endure alot from this company and us as shoppers. Somehow, they still manage to go out their way and please the customers and calm them down. I felt so terrible. As a person from our society and working industries... they truly did not deserve my mood, cooperate did if anyone. Thank you both for being so sweet, so kind, and spreading good energy. It really made my day. I hope you both have a great day and it's full of smiles. You both sure gave me one for my day! Thank you!”

“Overall a good store. Done some upgrades over the last batch of years to offer more fresh made food and more of their own brand. Usually has what I'm looking for. Bathroom are in good shape. Staff generally friendly. One down fall is they only have one cart cover on the one side of the doors. The other side has not much cover so carts get wet. Plus the side with the cover gets clustered bc they have a bunch of stuff all there. Lack of space to maneuver with a few ppl there.”

“Ugh the monitors at the self serve are tripping! I was with my mom she had 15 items as the aisle stated. This young boy is acting like he’s the police. We kept saying she had 15 items what’s the problem why are you here? He kept repeating what is the last thing you scanned I said this! I said this dude! Anywhoo! He calls his manager now my mother is upset! I said look the machine stopped at the last thing I scanned so can we pay and be gone and you be gone! Note to Walmart: many years you have cornered the market made the family billionaires so now you are experiencing a theft problem. Don’t take it out on your innocent customers. Also, hey we all reap what we sow! Overall I’ll be back they’re just convenient!”

“This ShopRite has improved a lot over the years, and now carries some great brands like Sartori cheeses and has some great store brand stuff like Don's cream cheese. Their bagels have greatly improved, and now seem as good as the ones at the ShopRite in Marlton and better than the ones at ACME.
I think organization still leaves something to be desired - for example, Don's cream cheese is diagonally across the aisle from the Kraft cream cheese, and milk is spread across two isles with most of the organic milk in one spot except the gallons of organic milk which are mixed in with the regular milk. Most tortilla chips are in one aisle, but a couple brands are in a different aisle. Tortilla wraps seem to be spread across three different sections. It makes finding things more difficult, and I'm not sure if I'm not finding something because the store doesn't have it or because I'm just not looking in the right spot.”

“We had to leave our family’s New Years’s Eve party to get a few forgotten items. Dollar General became our rescuer. We found the few items we needed and more. But the biggest “take away” was how kind, entertaining, and personal the cashier was. She was very patient to help us find what we needed and also suggested a few additional items. She was great! Today we’ve met a few of the nicest cashiers anywhere in New Jersey.”

I asked her a question and she went above and beyond to make sure my need was fulfilled. When she was checking me out we bonded over having the same name. #nametwins lol Her saying “ have a bless one” just hit me right in the heart.
