SENT HIM PICTURES OF THE RIM.
9AM 12/24 CHRISTMAS EVE I BROUGHT THE RIM IN AND WAS READY FOR PICK UP BY 3.

“I couldn’t be any happier with there customer service and work preformed I bought and had 4 tires installed there was an issue with the tires staying balanced they tried several times but no luck ordered new tires and the same, obviously there was a manufacturing issue then switched brands and no issues at all like I said there customer service was above and beyond great they went out of there way to make sure I was satisfied and happy with the service work.”

“This was my first time going to Kellers Auto !!! First off, great customer service. Called them and they took my car right away. Something has been wrong with my car for over a year now. I’ve been to multiple mechanics trying to get it fixed. NO ONE could figure it out. I’ve spent so much money getting stuff fixed and still having this issue. Well Kellers auto knew what it was right away!! They fixed it so fast too. They even informed me that I needed new spark plugs, which I supposedly got over the summer somewhere else and they never did them!! So thank you so that information. “Highly trusted. I will not let anyone else touch my BMW. It’s been 5 years of complete confidence in their service. The first time I took my car in for service, I explained that I was previously at the BMW Dealership and felt as though I was being taken advantage of because I was a female. Told them I was looking for someone who would treat me fairly and look after my 2013 convertible that I love! I never ended up needing what the dealership said I needed!
Dave is as gracious as can be, Nick always explains what he needs to do and what might need to be done in the future so I am prepared.

“2012 Passat: Went in on recommendation of neighbor. Could not be happier. ‘12 Passat Back end was squeaking something awful. They replaced the rear shocks and mounts and the squeak is no more. Friendly service, reasonable price.
Bonus: waiting area is clean and has a vending machine. Meet my new mechanics!
2003 Tundra: purchased used from private seller. Did not have my mechanic look it over before purchase (mistake #1). After purchase, took it to my Dad’s mechanic and he worked on it but could not resolve issue. Finally had the sense to bring it to Clark’s. They diagnosed the issue, called me with their proposed solution and quoted me a price. And now that puppy runs great and has passed inspection too. Could not be happier with the service.”
“Well I got stranded on the road with a flat and 4 broken lug nut stems. A friend towed me to this Mr Tire and I left the truck at night with a note. They were good enough to contact me with a price and they got right on getting my truck fixed. Very pleasant experience.”

“Friendly staff. Dropped car off for a full brake service and oil change with no time expectation and it was finished same-day; reasonably priced too with a coupon. Don't pressure you into getting other services done that they recommend like some other places do. In the past I did have the wrong type of tire put on my car but they fixed it right there with no problem; just act like a normal human being and don't be rude, and you'll likely have your problem fixed with little issue.”
