They couldn't call me to inform since the website didn't update my phone number on the booking. Gentleman at the office was helpful he arranged a car I had booked at another location and dropped me there to pick the car.”

“Ruben was a pleasure to work with and helped us a lot in the rental process. We had trouble finding a card that could cover the deposit. Ruben stayed late after his shift and helped us get into a car even after we ran into every problem we possibly could. I assume many people are tricked because they do not read the fine print, and that is very important. There are additional deposits and fees, not detailed until the final checkout page, and it's important to keep a balance that can cover it.
