I have rented 3 times from Budget, and each time it was an easy, quick experience. They offer fair pricing, great cars, and great customer service. Maria in the Wayne NJ location is the most helpful and kind person! 5 stars, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

I had a great experience at budget with Rosanna, very courteous, and took the time and explained everything.

The workers have no idea what they are doing and my price changed three different times - once over the phone, then again in store and the after the renal was returned my card was charged with now a new price that the worker had to call corporate to confirm. Would never use again
