CVS, a well-known pharmacy and retail chain, has received mixed reviews from its customers. While some have praised the friendly and helpful staff, especially in the pharmacy department, others have encountered challenges with certain employees and services. The pharmacy is generally commended for its efficiency in handling prescriptions, with customers able to conveniently manage refills and vaccinations through text messages and email. Customers have also appreciated the pharmacy's willingness to provide refunds when necessary, demonstrating a customer-centric approach. However, some customers have reported inconsistencies in the quality of service, particularly with regards to product availability and certain employee interactions. One customer was disappointed when they could not find a specific product, while another felt that a supervisor's service could have been better, citing a lack of knowledge and efficiency. Despite these occasional issues, the overall sentiment towards CVS is generally positive, with customers highlighting the patience and professionalism of the staff in handling various situations, from assisting with product inquiries to inflating balloons. The business appears to strive to provide a satisfactory experience for its customers, though there is room for improvement in certain areas.
I was looking for the second bottle of magnesium. Magnesium was buy one and get the second one free, I asked one of the cvs employee and he told that they didn’t have more! And then he told me, you can get one bottle with the 50% off. I didn’t know that before. Thank you!

The patience these people must have is phenomenal. I’ve seen plenty of bologna and they handle it well. The pharmacy is always helpful.
