LOFT at Willowbrook Mall is a store with a good collection. The service can be superb and pleasant, with a wonderful and extremely helpful manager. However, the staff is sometimes not very friendly and the checkout can be super slow. Pricing can be different at the register. They have sales, like 50% off accessories, which customers find worth it. The store is located on the lower level. Some shoppers wish for more respect and better customer service.
Went in there just to see what they had and walked out with a green beanie, not bad on the sale that they had, 50% off for accessories so it was worth it!!!

Loft at Willowbrook mall in Wayne, NJ is my favorite store. The manager Simone Acevedo is always wonderful and extremely helpful always making my shopping experience very pleasant. I have shopped at other locations but the service I get at Loft Willowbrook and specially from Simone has always been superb.
