“My family had a complicated account issue that no one wanted to or was able to sort out....until we met Leo. He spent the time to make sure everything was resolved while being kind, professional and personable. He ensured we had the best services for my family's needs. We left with the issue fully resolved, better service and I am enjoying my new iPhone 17 Pro! Thank you Leo for helping my family. Would highly recommend this store and Leo personally.”

1055 Hamburg Tpke B1, Wayne NJ 07470
“I have been to the Wayne location for Verizon on Hamburg Turnpike a few times. I went in there today with a billing problem. Prior to today, I spoke with someone through customer service on the phone for over two hours and they still couldn't assist me with my problem. When I went into the store today Tariq assisted me. He listened to my situation and looked into my issue. After going through the necessary information on his tablet Tariq found the problem and took care of it by calling customer service. Excellent employee!!!!”

1400 Willowbrook Mall Space 1820, Wayne NJ 07470
“The customer service here is so awesome. I learn my lesson never order online for your new phone. You go directly to this corporate AT&T store at Willowbrook Mall for trading and upgrading. I don’t have to worry about all the trouble going to UBS and send for the trading. Alfonso was so helpful and patient.”
