“I have been to the Wayne location for Verizon on Hamburg Turnpike a few times. I went in there today with a billing problem. Prior to today, I spoke with someone through customer service on the phone for over two hours and they still couldn't assist me with my problem. When I went into the store today Tariq assisted me. He listened to my situation and looked into my issue. After going through the necessary information on his tablet Tariq found the problem and took care of it by calling customer service.
