The guy at the front desk works really hard and efficiently, even if the line is long it moves quickly. He knows his stuff and can answer all sorts of questions. It’s never a hassle to ship stuff, which is all I want. Things are always done seamlessly. 10/10”

“Idk what's up with that fake review but there is no bike parking. It's just for cars. It's really sad the city of Wayne should really install a full length sidewalk on pompton plain crossroad to make it more accessible by foot. It would be better for the environment to make the city more walkable and better for our health.
On the bright side this location keeps the lobby open on Saturdays just to drop off mail securely. No attendants that day but the mail drop off remains open.
Like most USPS they are short staffed so things might take a while if you have some old folks ahead of you figuring things out but overall okay experience dropping off mail here.
Oh I do think there should be better signage for the passport line. That part is kinda confusing. I saw an older gentleman that unfortunately had to be redirected after waiting in the passport line bc it seems like it's all the same for mail stuff.”
