“I can only say good things about the people who work in this post office on Pompton Plains Crossroad in Wayne, NJ. On several occasions I needed to contact this post office to track down lost packages that were sent to me from international locations. The most recent time it was due to the sender putting an incorrect zip code on the package. Each time the people I spoke with at this post office were incredibly helpful. They clearly cared about finding my lost packages and getting them delivered to me. They were always available when I called on the phone (which hardly ever happens nowadays even with big companies), and they called me when they had updated information. And every time they found my lost packages and had them delivered to me. I don't understand why others have given low ratings to this post office. I think the people there are fantastic!”

“I can’t say enough good things about Nic (the owner) and his incredible team at this UPS Store! They went above and beyond to make sure a time-sensitive package was picked up and delivered same day on time and without a hitch. We called the store expressing the urgency of the package delivery and Nic personally stepped in to coordinate everything and made what felt like a stressful situation completely seamless. Nic went above and beyond and delivered the package himself. The level of care, professionalism, and follow-through was outstanding. This kind of service is rare, and I’m so grateful.
