“We’ve had a fantastic experience since arriving at Harbor 1500. The apartment building offers great facilities that are always clean and well maintained. Martha, the Resident Services Coordinator, has been absolutely wonderful. Her professionalism and friendly support and made our move-in process seamless and comfortable - she continues to offer assistance whenever needed since moving in. We truly appreciate the welcoming environment and the high standard of service provided.”

“Really enjoyed my time at RiverParc. The team consistently provided excellent service and made the living experience smooth and enjoyable. The building is well-managed, the common areas are always clean, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay such a positive one! Dom is an excellent communicator and property manager.”

“I had a great experience working with Brenda Funes and the RiverEdge team. Brenda was incredibly welcoming, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. Even though some of the units I was interested in were not yet vacant and available to tour, she made a real effort to show me the most similar available units so I could still get a good sense of the layouts and understand which option would work best for me. She was also very responsive and helpful throughout the application process, which made everything much smoother and easier. I really appreciated Brenda’s professionalism, effort, and positive attitude, and I’m also grateful to the entire RiverEdge team for making the experience so pleasant and seamless. Highly recommend!”
