Manny went above and beyond with answering all our questions. 1 week later, we stopped into the leasing office again and met with Manny. An apartment opened up that suit our needs and Manny explained every next step needed to lock down the unit. I can't express enough of how kind Manny is and how thorough he is with explaining all details of The Rivington and move in process. Thank you Manny!”

“Charged me a $250 fee for having my electricity start the day after my lease date even though that’s when I moved in. Refused to lower or refund the fee when asked. Ridiculous policy to extort money out of tenants I take it all back. Building apologized and refunded the $250. Great service, I love this building so much!”
