“You often heard someone steals from store but not the other way around, right? The associate at self-checkout counter tried to steal from me by deliberately pressing his hand down on the scale. I saw that, asked him to do it again and the weight was only half compared to the first time. He tried to ignore and didn't even appologise. What a shame!Other than that incident, most staff are friendly.”
