“Ugh the monitors at the self serve are tripping! I was with my mom she had 15 items as the aisle stated. This young boy is acting like he’s the police. We kept saying she had 15 items what’s the problem why are you here? He kept repeating what is the last thing you scanned I said this! I said this dude! Anywhoo! He calls his manager now my mother is upset! I said look the machine stopped at the last thing I scanned so can we pay and be gone and you be gone! Note to Walmart: many years you have cornered the market made the family billionaires so now you are experiencing a theft problem. Don’t take it out on your innocent customers. Also, hey we all reap what we sow! Overall I’ll be back they’re just convenient!”

“I misunderstood something another customer asked me in store today. It made me uncomfortable and felt the safety of others was at risk. I went up to the registers where an employee took my concern seriously & got to the bottom of it. I appreciate him taking my concern seriously and that it turned out to just be a misunderstanding”
