“the kindest and most helpful pharmacy i have been to in my entire life!! they worked with me for a day and a half transferring prescriptions and talking to other pharmacies due to MY error. i almost cried when i left there because i have never before felt like a pharmacist cared about me or tried to help me figure out problems before working with the staff here(s/o brad and the amazing woman i talked to on friday). i went to pick up my meds on a saturday and was in and out in under 5 (maybe even 3) minutes.every month i have dreaded going to rite aid to pick up my prescriptions and i feel so thankful to not have to go there anymore. I’m not sure why I thought smaller pharmacies would be more expensive but it was the same exact cost as any larger pharmacy. i will be recommending to every single person i know.”

“I just started going to this pharmacy a few months ago. Everyone that works here including the pharmacist are so friendly and helpful. I have never waited more than 20 minutes to get my scripts filled, they even offer delivery for an extra $10 so you don't have to travel or if you're just sick and don't want to leave your house. They call me instead of an automated VM letting me know if one of my medications is due and that it has already been filled. One really important factor here they are non-judgmental, meaning many times if you are on certain medications the pharmacist and their helpers will treat you like a druggie or even like a shoplifter I have never been treated this way and have always been given the utmost respect when there.. definitely worth the 35 minute drive for me.. but now I use the delivery service too!”

Tom, the pharmacist is the so friendly, never hesitates to accommodate your needs. If he don’t have something he will get it for you quickly. Anytime you have a question about prescriptions or over the counter medications, Tom is extremely helpful, knowledgable and never rushes you. He answers any questions and/or concerns you may have. “Im not a patient yet… but calling Kress today about switching to a small family owned pharmacy has put my mind at ease. I’ve always gone to CVS and always got the run around and the lady I spoke to really helped me today! She gave me reassurance that she didn’t need to give me. I suffer with anxiety and unfortunately I had to look high and low to find someone who could help me with a certain generic brand (I had to call the actual manufacturer) and the pharmacist let me know they will sometimes not have the generic that works best for me (7 years) but it’s NOT going to be garbage like the one CVS gave me and told me “tough luck” and hung up. She didn’t have to tell me this but she did. She spoke to me with kindness and understanding even though I rambled on from “anxiety babble” and didn’t know me. “Absolute life savers!!! My dad is nonverbal and lives in a completely different state. At the hospital over the weekend & unfortunately they changed his meds. Discharged Sunday afternoon & this pharmacy by EOD Monday.. picked up & redid all his pill packets. If anyone knows anything about pills and meds being change mid way thru pill packets, it’s incredible painful. Delmar had everything done before I even called them.. doctor couldn’t even figure it out!!! They are the best and blow everyone else out of the water!!!”

“Perhaps all you have to know is that I panicked when I heard that Rite-Aid was closing some of their locations because I have come to TOTALLY TRUST the pharmacy team at this location as being on MY TEAM for my health!! Every single interaction has been positive through the years! They are ready to answer my questions and have resolved challenges with my multiple insurance plans. Always a smile ... always made to feel welcome. When my "socially challenged" neighbor needed his COVID shots I knew this Rite-Aid was the health care provider to bring him to. The staff was understanding of his fears and made him feel comfortable. I have never had a problem with my prescriptions! The store itself always seems extremely clean and the front end clerks always offer a welcome and a goodbye. My only complaint is that the store seems to be "understocked" with empty shelves or the appearance of empty shelves. I certainly hope this pharmacy never goes away as long as I live in the neighborhood. Got to close out ... time for my RSV shot.”
