It should be a model in customer service followed by all xfintiy stores.
During the weekend I had the opposite customer experience at the Union NJ location where I waited for a significant period od time with nobody actually carining eneough to help me.
First, Bryan quelled any angst the moment I walked through the door - asking for my name and we will see what my issue is in couple of minutes.
My phone was not charging for three days.
The charging port was damaged.
Instead of many costly options other individuals had reccomended!
He informed me my Motorola Razr maintained wireless charging capabilities that I was not aware of!
He showed me in the store and allowed me to charge it in the store.
It's difficult in this world to actually deal with people who genuinley listen and care about solving your problems.
