“I have to give a huge shoutout to “T” and David at this UPS Store. They’re the reason I keep coming back. I’m here often for Amazon returns and shipping boxes, and no matter how busy it gets, they always handle everything with professionalism and a great attitude.
David is great at multitasking and keeping the line moving while staying friendly and patient with everyone. He’s always in great spirits, super helpful, and makes sure everything is done right. Today I had a bunch of boxes to ship, and both T and David went above and beyond to help me get everything organized and shipped out quickly. Even with a rush of customers, they handled it all effortlessly and treated everyone with kindness and respect.
You can tell they both take pride in what they do and really care about providing great service. This is hands down the best UPS Store I’ve been to - and the only one I go to too even if it’s out of the way.”
“I sent an Easter box to my son in Boston Massachusetts and was told it would get there the Saturday before Easter and the latest the Monday after Easter which I was okay with….well…it never got there. In fact , we thought maybe it was stolen at his place of residence. In addition, I couldn’t track the box because I lost the receipt. I decide to call West long Branch post office to see if anything could be done. Tammy was friendly and helpful and gave me hope. She took my name and number and how much I paid in the mail postage. The next day she called me and told me Consumer Affairs was helping her locate the box…the scanners had issues reading the bar codes(the box went to MA, back to NJ and then back to MA) and she was making sure the box would make it to my son. Tammy was so friendly and went out of her way to help….and it was so appreciated!!! There should be more people out there doing customer service jobs that have a personality, work ethic and friendly disposition as she does! Today, my son got the box!!!! Thank you Tammy!!!
