“I had a great experience with Tony's Auto Body shop. I took my Mercedes-Benz in, and when I got it back, it ran like new. First, the turnaround time was excellent—one week. Tony also communicated with me about the progress and kept me updated, which I really appreciate. They also cleaned my car very nicely. The team was respectful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I highly recommend this establishment if you want top-tier quality service. Date of service 06/18/26.”

“As a woman, I absolutely HATE dealing with anything car-related. Even getting an oil change gives me anxiety 😂. So when my transmission went while I was driving on the highway, my anxiety went through the roof. Thankfully, I had a warranty, but even that made me nervous. The last time I used this same warranty, every shop I dealt with acted like it was such a burden. Faraj Auto was the COMPLETE opposite. From my first conversation, everything was explained to me from beginning to end. I was told I wouldn’t be kept in the dark, and they absolutely kept their word. I received updates every step of the way, my calls were always answered, and I never once felt like I was annoying them or asking too many questions. They actually took the time to over-explain things so I understood exactly what was happening with my car. They were also incredibly quick and efficient. My car wasn’t sitting around the shop unnecessarily they handled what needed to be handled and got it back to me as quickly as possible. Most importantly, I felt comfortable and SAFE trusting them with my car. Warranty or no warranty, Faraj Auto is officially my car place. My daughter will need a car soon, and they’ll also be one of the first places I look. They didn’t just fix my car they earned my trust. And for me, that’s priceless.”

The team was professional, honest, and extremely detail-oriented throughout the entire process. A special thank you to David Liang, the shop manager, for his outstanding help and support. He was patient, knowledgeable, and kept me informed every step of the way. His communication and professionalism made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The repair work was flawless — the paint match and body work look perfect, like the car was never damaged. “Honest people!! I was traveling from out of town on my way to Philly from Westchester, New York and all of a sudden several lights came on my dashboard. We were told to stop at this place to see if they could help. A nice young mechanic came out and checked the codes and saw that it was the transmission body control valve. He spoke to his boss and they both said it was OK to drive it and there would be no problems. I made it back to New York went to my mechanic and showed him the same issue and he confirmed there was no threat to driving it. I really appreciate the honesty and the helpfulness that day. We had a great time at the concert lol Thank you again for your time!!”

“I recently had the front windshield replaced on my 2025 Kia Sportage at Auto Glass Now in Belleville, NJ, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The entire job took about 90 minutes, which was faster than I expected, and the workmanship looks great so far. Everything was done very cleanly—no leftover debris, smudges, or issues with the install. The staff was professional, efficient, and easy to work with. If you’re looking for a quick, hassle-free auto glass replacement, I’d definitely recommend them.”

“As a New Yorker who parks on the street, I know, it will always be a matter of time before it happens………you get whacked. The winter snows created more than a few problems for our city, not the least of which was how and WHERE to leave our cars. A neighbor, in his effort to do just that in an ordinary parallel park, miscalculated, badly, and I, got whacked! I’d used Daleway before and knew the work would be great and I was not disappointed. Gus and his staff dealt with all the insurance and talked to me, in depth, about all my options. The car looks better than when I bought it. Thank you Gus, and your talented group of artisans. If, or when, this happens to you, don’t hesitate to call Gus at Daleway. Easy to get to by the #1 subway to the Bronx/231st st. & Broadway, then (A short walk to Tibbet Ave. ) You’ll be more than happy with the results.”

“See before & after pictures! I cannot say enough great things about CARSTAR Empire Auto Group. After being involved in a stressful motor vehicle accident, they really went above and beyond to make the entire repair process as smooth and seamless as possible, ultimately exceeding my expectations. From day one they handled everything, from coordinating the towing of my vehicle directly to completing the comprehensive repairs. Their communication throughout the entire process was phenomenal. They kept me informed via both phone calls and text messages, always making sure I knew exactly where things stood with my vehicle. I never had to wonder or chase anyone down for an update. The documentation they provided was very thorough, covering every aspect of the repair from start to finish. When I picked up my vehicle I was shocked at its perfection. The office staff were professional, courteous, and welcoming. A very special shoutout to Josh, my estimator, who was phenomenal throughout this entire process. His expertise, transparency, passion, and dedication to getting my car back made all the difference. Getting my car back just in time for Memorial Day weekend felt like the best gift I could have asked for after almost a month without it.”

“As a woman, sometimes entering repair shops can feel intimidating or you’re scared of getting ripped off. I came here after reading some positive reviews on Google and Reddit and I can confidently say it did not disappoint. While more expensive than some other places I’ve been to, you can’t really put a price on peace of mind and knowing someone is taking good care of your car. I came in for an oil change but I will definitely be coming back for regular maintenance. If you’re on the fence, take this as your sign to give it a chance! I promise you’ll be positively surprised at their great service”

“Unfortunately, I don’t have any photos to post. However, today was my first time visiting this establishment, and I can honestly say the boss, and staff were very helpful, respectful and supportive. My rear view mirror was hanging for a few days now, and I just couldn’t stand how tacky it made my truck look. Went to one mechanic shop for the issue, and all they did was put a crack in my front windshield. I decided to make a visit to bob’s glass works, asked the boss if it was fixable, and by the looks of his face, I knew I was in the right place. My mirror is fixed thanks to you guys !!! Lifetime customer 🫶🏾”

“These guys were recommended by my mechanic and I had a great experience here. I wanted a new stereo installed because the old one didn't connect to my new phone and the bluetooth wasn't working. Shout out to Hasan who spent 15 minutes in my car with me trying to fix the bluetooth - which would have meant I wouldn't need a new stereo! Who does that?! Despite his efforts, we couldn't get it going, so I had them put in a new stereo. They did a great job for a very reasonable price. Very satisfied, highly recommend!”

“I’ve been bringing my cars here for over 20 years — first with the father, and now with his son Mile — and I can honestly say they are the most trustworthy mechanics I’ve ever known. They’ve always treated me with honesty and fairness, explaining what needs to be done and never trying to take advantage. Mike continues his father’s legacy of integrity, knowledge, and great customer care. It’s rare to find a shop where you know you’ll be treated right every single time, but this is one of them. Truly grateful for their help and the peace of mind they’ve given me over the years. Highly recommend!”

“I’ve been going to Delta Auto Body for the past seven years, and I honestly wouldn’t take my car anywhere else. The manager and the mechanics are not only great at what they do, but they’re genuinely good people. Every time I’ve needed repairs, they’ve done an amazing job fixing the damages and getting my car back to looking its best. That’s obviously the most important part, and they’ve never let me down. I always feel confident leaving my car with them, because I know it’s in good hands. What really stands out, though, is how much they care. I’ve dealt with other places that just do the bare minimum and send you on your way. That’s not the case here. They go above and beyond, they value their customers, and they truly want you to have a good experience. If you’re looking for a place you can trust and want real peace of mind when your car gets damaged, I highly recommend Delta Auto Body. They do right by their customers every time!”
