“I had a few extra links from my bracelet and a matching ring that I never wore, and I was hoping to sell them for scrap and make a little extra money. The process was straightforward, professional, and surprisingly fast. Everyone was courteous and transparent throughout.”
“Rob was extremely helpful, especially since this is the first time I’ve ever been to a pawn shop, he made me feel very comfortable and was very transparent with all the policies and made sure I knew how everything works”
“Gem pawnbrokers is my to go to when I’m in a bit of a financial bind and need relief. They have an app where you can make payments and streamline everything you have going on easily. Rose is an exceptional staff member thanks to her I was able to borrow the amount that I needed.”
“Amazing experience at gem Paola really helped and looked out for me showed me the best customer service ever, I suggest highly going to Paola she’s very understanding!”
“These people are the best thay treat you like family and it's always about the customer I recommend this place over any other pawn shop in the Bronx and even if you pass your due date that still give you the chance to get your stuff back. I love this place. Thank you EX Pawn.”
“Thank you very much sarahia to make me comfortable for my first time at your pawnshop

“I have visited Leonx Gold Market / Sky Jewelers on several occasions in the past two months. Each time Benny and Hanan have been warm, welcoming and accommodating with my questions, concerns and suggestions. I placed two orders for which I received two beautiful pieces that I will wear proudly for years to come. I was able to sell much of my old, no longer wanted jewelery with great satisfaction. I highly recommend Lenox Gold Market / Sky Jewelers. There is a reason they have been in business for more than 36 years - they provide great service with warmth and pride, and with a tremendous level of customer satisfaction.”

“I’m a buyer not a seller of sterling silver and gold (earrings usually). Good prices and patient service. They have an HuGE shop on ebay so if you’re in a jewelry buying kind of mood check that out first. When I’m in the shop, people are always bringing jewelry in to sell so I think the prices must be fair.”

“One of the best pawnshop I utilize. give good loans very excellent. the gentleman is very friendly and professional I highly recommend. better than gem pawn shop. Also close to the mta subway 2,5 train and the bronx mta 19 and 5bus stops Infront of it.”
“Rose is amazing, she was very helpful, professional and kind. She Greeted everybody, made the pawning an easy process! Was out the door in less than 20 minutes. Shout out to Her and the team at Gem for being friendly to me and my dog as well. Go to gem !”
“It was a great experience, the staff lady was amazingly helpful & gave me a great deal. Unfortunately it was awhile ago so I can’t remember her name. the quality of the products do hold up to the prices they offer. I bought a Nintendo Switch from here & it still works perfectly. Plus Nintendo doesn’t see a dime from that purchase & that puts a smile on my face. I will come back here occasionally just to check on new inventory.”

“I recently designed and created an engagement ring and Jack was excellent to deal with, he was very knowledgeable about jewelry designs and diamonds. He gives you his honest opinions on how things should be done in order to make the ring strong but still pretty. Highly recommend going to him for any jewelry needs!”
“Super helpful service. I took several old watches to have their batteries replaced and was informed which watches were in fact defunct and which were probably not worth the effort of replacing the battery. Friendly and informative.”
