“Just wanted to give a great review for 2 great employees at this Snipes location. I came from all the way from South Jersey to pick up my sneakers because the location near me didn’t have them in my size but they did. So I arrived to pick up my sneakers some diamond colored Adidas toe shell. I was greeted by KALA who was very polite smiled great attitude so early in the morning too. I proceeded to shop & buy some more sneakers & other items began to check out, KALA helped me with the download for store discounts we had a small but big glitch with my bank blaming the stores discount app was this issue for the repeated declines which made my purchase not once but several times unavailable. I was patient but furious and becoming embarrassed but then John overheard our struggle came to KALA’s & my rescue. John texted another manager to report the incident about the snipes app to make sure this doesn’t happen to another customer. John apologized & assured me they would work with me & my bank until we got everything straightened out & I left with the biggest smile on my face. They were the perfect team together, didn’t judge me or make me feel more uncomfortable or embarrassed. This was EXCELLENT customer service at its Greatest moments. Shout out to KALA & JOHN at this SNIPES Location in Upper NJ. YOU guys are the Best!!!”

“Customers saying the sneakers are fake are assuming without solid proof. The store only sells authentic sneakers. The store policy’s is only exchanges (no refunds) with receipt and box In new condition. The store doesn’t force the customers to purchase without their acknowledgement.The store policy is in the front counter. customers that don’t get a refund make false accusations that the sneakers are fake to try to get their way. The company exists for over 30 years with other locations In queens New York.
