I have never seen a company so willing to help a customer with product information and time spent on answering questions. Tyler Long Has been amazing every time I consult with him on questions about products. Usually I don’t have any questions because he is so thorough in his presentations and questions and answers calls. I have also never had a question that the customer service team couldn’t answer or help me with. They are always there, happy to help and are live human beings that, sorry, speak good Englishβ

βWe had to return a modem and decided to go to the Optimum store in East Hanover. While we were there Ashley waited on us . I mention to Ashley about how high the cost of our cable was. She asked me what we watched and worked up a package for us at a great savings with more channels!
Then she asked me what I was paying for my cell phone. Once again she gave me a great plan with Optimum. Thank you Ashley for this great customer service, savings which allows us to stay with Optimum.β

βJoe has been troubleshooting tech troubles in my house on my devices for about 4 years. He works on my computer, Samsung phones, Samsung televisions and car blue tooth set-ups. Joe is patient and methodical. His fees are reasonable and he is sensitive to costs. I have had security breaches on my computer that he has corrected and set up protections to avoid future problems. He is pleasant and I trust him. Joe responds quickly to requests. I have used Geek Squad a few times but I prefer to call Joe because he comes to the house and does the work right away and is more reasonable than Geek Squad. He is certainly a lot faster. I recommend Joe 100% , he is an expert in his field, he is a nice man and his fees are reasonable.β
