“What a wonderful place to buy my recliner. My wife and I got matching recliners ( mine rocks, though). Great selection, you can customize your chair, the prices are very reasonable, and the chairs are made in the USA! The people who work there are so very helpful, well informed, not at all high pressure. Laid back atmosphere and very classy showroom. One last thing: Our salesperson, KATHLEEN, IS THE NICEST PERSON TO EVER SELL ME ANYTHING. She is so laid back and relaxing. Thanks for everything!!!!!!”

“What I really like about this store as opopsed to other home goods stores is the color variation. I swear they have the entire color palette for pillows, cushions, towels, etc. The prices are very affordable and they always have deals going on when I go. This should be a staple if you're designing/redesigning your home. I've gotten so much from here already.”

“Not sure if it's just me but I feel since the pandemic Customer Service most anywhere is just so different. Even when you purchase something that is under a year old, and it is still under warranty the hoops one has to jump through is ridiculous. I don't get easily impressed anymore because my experience as of a year ago was not even satisfactory . Ellen from Hesco Lighting however gave me a glimmer of hope- I had an issue with a purchase, ( it was the product itself) . She didn't ignore my phone calls, she got back to me in a timely manner, She referred me to the right people to get the job done- I mean this woman bent over backwards for me and I really appreciated it. Good Customer service these days is a gift~ Thank you Ellen for being my contact person- you are a blessing to boss/bosses- :) I hope they realize how valuable and rare you are~~”

“Yesterday when I visited the store I was rather impressed with the 2 sales staff, Brock and Keon who worked together to get me what I needed.They clearly explained the different laminates are offered – they made great suggestions – and I left with a car full of all the flooring that I needed.Also I didn’t know that LL sold base molding – but now I will be getting several hundred feet next week of the 5.25 inch trim.Unlike the big box stores – the sales help is informed, helpful and overall, a pleasure to work with.Brock and Keon are true assets to your company!”
“One stop shopping if meditation crystals, a biodegradable computer bag and earrings that glow by night is an errand in waiting. Honestly, Mandalay is a great place to kill 30 minutes and find out if you have any impulse control as you mutter "how cute" under your breath constantly looking for the off switch. Mandalay Trading is a smart pivot if you forget a birthday or other special occasion. Five stars for the electic mix and bailing me out on more than one occasion.”
“My husband and I were in the market for a new bed and didn’t know where to start. A Sleep Number commercial came on and we made an appt. I loved that Sleep Number showroom had only a few products so we weren’t overwhelmed with options. Our Sleep Number Pro Todd was beyond amazing. He asked us informed questions about our sleep habits and did not rush us as we navigate our personalized numbers which took some time. Todd even explained what product would best address some of the health issues we were concerned about. He provided pros and cons to each mattress type and answered every questions we had. What I appreciated the most is that he never pressured nor tried to up sale us. Our sleep number experienced was as good as any sales experience can be. We had a good time with Todd and our dream bed.”

“Came across this place by chance. I love Restoration Hardware and was excited to see that they have an outlet. Items are still expensive, but the outlet puts me closer to being able to afford their merchandise than if I were to shop in their full price store”
