It isn’t the reps issue if they have to call in for phone support to help you take care of something and it takes awhile, and that’s the most trouble we’ve ever experienced. Rep Neel patel , was really and resolved my issue with great patience. This is my second time to this store, and I love the customer service here. I live close to Easton ave and at and t there isn’t that helpful. Would recommend this place instead of other at and t around”
