“I am so grateful for the honesty & customer service I experienced recently at this store, looking to start a new line. I asked about doing so with a new number and she explained all the deals, free phone options, pricing, etc. Then, despite knowing that she wouldn't get the commission, (which I wanted her to get because she has such marvelous customer service and I have always had a good experience) the dear saleswoman was able to suggest to me a way to transfer my number to a separate line. She is VERY caring, helpful, kind and humane and I was grateful for her honesty.”
“Quick, easy and polite service! Would come back if another repair for my MacBook Pro is needed. Other repair spots in the area wouldn't work on my mac, citing they're not experienced with this over decade old laptop. No appt. needed just walk in. If you see a dog walking around the lot outside it belongs to the dry cleaners just a heads up.”
“i bought a new unlocked phone ,, that needs a nano sim ,, ,but my old flipper phone is a standard sim AT&T prepaid.... so i stopped in to buy a nano sim .. well the store rep then just asked for my phone ,, took the std sim out and punch cut it to nano size sim ,, then put it in my new phone ,, tested it to make sure it worked .. and then did not charge me a cent ... Now that is customer service ,, that if I need any more service or need to purchase anything with AT&T ,,, i will definitely come here. .. Thanks again to this AT&T store .. ,,”

“Kevin at the Rt 33 store is AMAZING!! Not only did he take the time to help us over the phone while we were trying to transfer my data from old phone to my new one he went above and beyond the next day. I went into the store and not only did he help me with the transfer of all my data that we weren’t able to do but he also took the time to help me import all of my thousands of photos off of my new phone onto my laptop which took a couple of hours. During that time we sat and talked about various things and he was very attentive. After some time of sitting with me and helping me a Spanish couple came in and Kevin asked to excuse himself to assist this couple, let’s just say Kevin, your Spanish is on point and you’re truly a good customer service guy!! Thank you again for all of your help! Don't forget to try the Delorenzo’s tomato pie we talked about!”

“Got a new phone here and had to go through a lot of corporate red tape to get the upgrade, which took a while. The representative helping me, Gregory, was awesome. He helped guide myself and the account holder of my plan through all of the hurdles, telling us who to call and all of the necessary information to tell them. Gregory was also very personable and made the process much better.”

“Our experience with Alex at Boost Mobile in Hightstown NJ was the best level of service we have ever experienced. He is professional, knowledgeable, patient and kind. We had a very difficult time trying to get our old carrier to transferr our number to Boost. Alex worked diligently on this case for 2 weeks, putting in countless hours on the phone and the computer trying to rectify this issue. In the end he was successful, where most others would have thrown in the towel and given up.
