“This store needs to update their inventory map/placement so that associates can give accurate directions when asked where to find something. Last night, I asked for something specific and after looking it up in the system, I was confidently told to go to aisle 45. The item ended up being in 42. We even asked another associate for help but he was pre-occupied with something else. Eventually, it was my husband who found what we needed.”

“The Last time I went to Home Depot was when I was living in 52 Beach Street or on Targee street. This time I went with a group of people from JCC and this store is in a different location. It's still a store we can buy supplies, tools, refrigerators, washing machines ,dryers and many more.?? ?️⛏️? ⚙️ They also sell furniture, lights,sheds and plants for your garden. They have self checkout spots where you can buy it on your own. ??? When I was here I first checked out the garden area where it was wet and it had all these plants and there were birds. Then I noticed that some refrigerators have big screens on them and have a good discount.?? This place is located in the Charleston area of Staten Island. If I were you I would recommend this place to go for home Depot because it's very storage based and decent.?⚒️?️⛓️????”

“This is my local Home Depot. Since purchasing a home a few years ago, I’ve probably come here dozens of times for various reasons. My most recent visit to get supplies for a new dishwasher install is prompting this review. There is a certain negative connotation with “Big box” stores and I’ve certainly had experiences here that would align with that. Today an employee helped me in the electrical department and the experience was exceptional. He took the time to ask about my project and steered me towards a better solution. I very much appreciate his expertise and professionalism. Sadly I didn’t catch his name, as he rushed off to help another customer. Whoever was working electrical on Saturday March 2nd - HD, you need more folks like him.”

“I have to say the manager (excuse the spelling) Kaleel, saves this Home Depot location of a 1 star review. He is exceptional and from reading the other reviews it seems Home Depot needs to weed out people to have more employees like him..I had been searching for a new front door using the Home Depot ap and found the one I wanted. It said there were 2 in stock in south Plainfield so instead of buying on the ap I went directly to the store to look at the door in person. While looking for the door, I noticed a lot of their stock had dings and scratches all over them. Either way could not find the door I was looking for so asked one of the guys sitting in the door department. He searched high and low and could not find the door so told me he could place an order for it, they will search the entire store and pick the item for me and if not order another one for me. So I purchased it and went home. The next day I tried calling to see if the door was in and the phone just kept ringing. So I sent a text to the customer service chat in the Home Depot ap. That person ended up getting through to the store and she found out that they had cancelled my order. This is unacceptable!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They never reached out to even say they cancelled it which is the messed up part. Kaleel was very nice and called around to other stores and tried to make the situation right. I was on the phone for awhile and he said that if he could get through to the other stores he would give me a call back. Which he did.”

“You have got to go fpto there smaller stores Like Garwood, there You get help far and above that you get in the larger store in Watchung.And hay someone read my review, the electric scooters were plugged in and charged. Items I was looking for were jystvas show on the store map,even had a sales rep. make suggestions on a better way to do my project,it worked out very well.”

“I don't normally review companies, but I felt the need to review Homeclick. I was a little worried to order from Homeclick after reading some of the previous reviews, but everything went smoothly and items arrived on time. My building has strict delivery rules and Spencer in customer service was very helpful on providing me with my specific needs. They provided my building management with all the required insurance information and my furniture was delivered to my apartment with no issues. I'm guessing the other reviewers were just unlucky or maybe didn't do something right because I'm currently batting a thousand with 5 out of 5 different orders delivered perfectly within the time frame they said they would.”

“My elderly mom and I were looking for flooring on a Tuesday night. Unlike the forest Ave location, none of the tiles were on display and worse there was not one person to help us except for one guy who was clearly busy loading items and operating a forklift. In my desperation I bothered him and he was nice enough To stop what he was doing. He also couldn't find what we're looking for but when others who would just say " We're out" he asked for a sku number. Turns out they had it but it was in a palette all the way to top. He grabbed his forklift and brought it down for us. Best of all, the item was discontinued and on clearance. Another lady came to help . They were both very nice. Ron and Lizette, you have restored my faith in what good customer service should be. Many workers and store managers have forgotten what that is”

“I have no choice but to love The Home Depot because I'm there several times a week looking for ways to improve my indoor as well as outdoor living space. If I can't find it in the store, I can usually find it in online. I will say the culture of Home Depot has changed over the years, the workers aren't as eager toVoluntarily offer assistance, I do miss that because this store can be quite intimidating to some (like myself @ times). If you inquire assistance the people are usually pretty friendly. In terms of pricing I think they're pretty reasonably priced in comparison to their competitor, which I also patronize quite often; but since Home Depot is right around the corner from me, it's one of my most visited spots. Best of all, the lines are never to long, the staff will move you along very quickly. All I can say about Home Depot is, "What's not to love?"”

“Can’t believe it’s been about 2 years since they did the work for us. I left them a detailed review on Angie’s List at the time but only just now realized I never submitted my Google review. Better late than never haha. Working with Mike and his wife Marcy was one of the best contractor experiences I’ve had. They are very lovely people and great at what they do. We had recess lights installed at the time and had to deal with three fairly large cut-out holes in our living room ceiling and wall, which were plaster. Not only did Mike and Marcy get back to us right away but they were the only ones who didn’t scoff at the job being “too small” or tell us we’d have to wait months for the job to be done. Mike came out and performed the work himself within less than a week. He did an amazing job and to this day you cannot tell those holes were ever there. Pricing was certainly fair. Mike was great to talk with and taught me quite a bit while he was doing the work. I haven’t had need as of yet to call them for further jobs but I am sure I will at some point and I definitely will be calling them as soon as I need something.”
