I have never seen a company so willing to help a customer with product information and time spent on answering questions. Tyler Long Has been amazing every time I consult with him on questions about products. Usually I don’t have any questions because he is so thorough in his presentations and questions and answers calls. I have also never had a question that the customer service team couldn’t answer or help me with. They are always there, happy to help and are live human beings that, sorry, speak good English”

“Joe has been troubleshooting tech troubles in my house on my devices for about 4 years. He works on my computer, Samsung phones, Samsung televisions and car blue tooth set-ups. Joe is patient and methodical. His fees are reasonable and he is sensitive to costs. I have had security breaches on my computer that he has corrected and set up protections to avoid future problems. He is pleasant and I trust him. Joe responds quickly to requests. I have used Geek Squad a few times but I prefer to call Joe because he comes to the house and does the work right away and is more reasonable than Geek Squad. He is certainly a lot faster. I recommend Joe 100% , he is an expert in his field, he is a nice man and his fees are reasonable.”

“Christopher R. was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. What I wanted to do with my current plan turned out to be very time-consuming because I first had to contact T-Mobile Customer Service to complete their portion of the process.
Christopher was patient every step of the way, carefully reviewing my new plan to make sure everything was correct. When the store's system went down, he went above and beyond by calling a T-Mobile representative himself to double-check that my new plan was set up properly.
It's rare these days to receive such outstanding, professional customer service. Christopher stayed with me through a process that took more than an hour, remained courteous and attentive the entire time, and made sure everything was handled correctly. I truly appreciate his dedication and exceptional service.”

“Stopped in to upgrade my phone, was greeted by all three employees and was gratefully approached by Derek. A very respectful, polite and professional young man. He was very helpful, quick, efficient and informative. He was very honest and thorough with explaining Plans and Trade-In prices. Unfortunately we learned that the Westfield store devalued my Mothers trade in back in March almost $600!! Derek takes care and effort with his customers, unlike the Westfield staff!”
