“Joe has been troubleshooting tech troubles in my house on my devices for about 4 years. He works on my computer, Samsung phones, Samsung televisions and car blue tooth set-ups. Joe is patient and methodical. His fees are reasonable and he is sensitive to costs. I have had security breaches on my computer that he has corrected and set up protections to avoid future problems. He is pleasant and I trust him. Joe responds quickly to requests. I have used Geek Squad a few times but I prefer to call Joe because he comes to the house and does the work right away and is more reasonable than Geek Squad. He is certainly a lot faster. I recommend Joe 100% , he is an expert in his field, he is a nice man and his fees are reasonable.”

Then fortune struck when I was sent over to speak with Tee. She asked about my visit and I explained to her what brought me in. She went right to work and within a few minutes resolved the problem. A store associate named Al assisted me immediately upon arrival and clearly explained the steps I needed to take, which I followed carefully. My dad and I visited on 2/16 to take care of several things on his account, including an upgrade that required downloading the app and completing a few extra steps.
