“I went to Verizon with a major phone issue. All I wanted to do was get my phone fixed or replaced. Jake wss great with the whole process. He explained my several options and I ended up upgrading my phone & getting a 5th phone. All of this without paying more than I was already paying before I walked in! He transferred my old phone apps, information, etc to my new phone and had it all set up for me within 45 minutes (I had a ton of pictures/video to transfer). He made it very simple and painless!!!”

They have lenses that you can rent if you're not ready to make a purchase and, if you decide to purchase the lens afterwards, half of what you spent on renting counts towards your purchase. Staff is agreeable and generally knowledgeable of the items that they're selling. If you committed to a dedicated camera and want the gear to match, you can't go wrong here.”

“If you want to save money and get a used iphone or android there is simply no better place in the area to go than Max Mobile. Likely a few dollars more than youll pay on marketplace for a device but its 100% worth the price. They will stand behind the phones they sell. You can gurantee they are not blacklisted and that they are 100% unlocked. You can test the phone in the store before you buy it with your sim card. If you have an issue they will return your money or give you another phone. Definitely recommend this store.”

“This isn’t my neighborhood store I went in today because I was having issues with my phone not receiving service( it said SOS ONLY NO SIM). I was just driving by when I noticed the store here on City Avenue. I stopped inside. Told the guys my problem and they assisted me right away. Got me out the store in 15 minutes told me that my sim was damaged and needed a new one. These gentleman were very patient and very informative with great customer service I will be returning. I live about 20 minutes away with a Store that is two minutes away from my home and I won’t be returning to that one anymore. This is my new Store thank you guys so much for helping me today.
